Governor Vetoes SB 1698 Florida Hemp Bill

The bills intent to severely limit access to hemp-derived cannabinoids has been Vetoed by the Governor. As stated by Governor in his Veto transmittal letter, “Senate Bill 1698 …. misses the mark.”
