The organization advances innovation across cultivation, processing, extraction, manufacturing, and distribution while promoting sustainable economic development and responsible industry practices.

We believe the future of sustainable manufacturing begins with hemp agriculture and the development of biodegradable materials that reduce environmental impact while creating new economic opportunities.

In Florida the Hemp Industry contributed over $30 trillion to the economy. This equates to over $2 miillion in federal, state, and local tax revenues, and the creation of over 180,000 jobs. Volume and volatility this is the hemp industry in Florida and across the nation. In 2020 the economic impact in Florida is estimated between $500 and $370 million with $17 million in federal, state, and local tax revenue contributed.

Currently in Florida there are over 400 licensed hemp cultivators (most on hiatus), and over 6,000 permitted hemp food establishments (retailers).
