Florida Hemp Inhalation and Smoking for 21 and Older

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Cannabis Reminder:

Per Florida Law: Products that are intended for inhalation and contain hemp extract may not be sold in this state to a person who is under 21 years of age.

Florida Law: Smoking Hemp Flower and Hemp Extract intended for 21 and up. Effective July 1, 2020. FDACS Enforcement and Undercover Store Visits in Effect.

Recommendation: Hemp Extract Edibles recommended for 18 and up.
